I am 21 years old & have a pretty severe “S” curve. When I first found Scoliosis Specialists around 2 years ago my top curve was 63 degrees and my bottom was 71.2 degrees. My right hip was also higher than my left. My upper body was significantly shifted to the left & I could feel it & see it in pictures. I didn’t have any stability with my back and it was compensating in unhealthy and insufficient ways. Today, I am standing straight with my upper body in line with my lower & sitting correctly over my hips. My bottom curve is now at 64 degrees and top is 62. The most crucial part of my spine in relation to the shifting went from 68mm to 48mm. I am pain free along with having a strong & stable structure. I owe everything within my journey to these guys. The care & tools they provide cannot be beaten. The specialists are amazing & will do everything in their power to make sure you are taken care of.

I started experiencing significant back discomfort due to my scoliosis over a year ago. I made an appointment with a orthopedic surgeon and with Scoliosis Specialist for an evaluation. The surgeon recommended an evasive procedure which would require rod placement, rehab and an extended recovery period. Dr. Brian Ouellette at Scoliosis Specialist recommended the soft brace. After an exam, X-rays and the brace fitting I walked out of the office pain free; no downtime, no recovery needed. I’ve been in the brace for 14 months and it goes unnoticeable under my clothes. My pain is gone and I am able to participate in all my favorite sports; cycling, yoga and golf. The staff is friendly and personable and Dr. Brain is knowledgeable and shows genuine concern for his patients.

The Scoliosis Specialists are absolutely wonderful! Ever since getting the Spinecor Brace, my life has completely changed. I've dealt with scoliosis for many years, from wearing the inflexible hard brace to actually resorting to surgery. After these steps, I started having pain and musculoskeletal shifting. I thought I had no other options for relief, but then I found out about the Scoliosis Specialists. They are the upmost professionals, starting with Jennifer at the front desk. In addition, Dr. Ouellette and Dr. Cattarulla were both upfront and honest with the course of treatment. I have now been wearing the brace a little over a year and the progress I have seen is amazing. My pain is immensely better to almost nonexistent. I am able to run long distances, lift weights, have greater range of motion, and able to tolerate long shifts at work without unrelenting pain.
